Healthcare Foundation Supports Healthcare Needs at Geary Community Hospital

 

   The Board of Directors of the Geary Community Healthcare Foundation approved funding in the amount of $220,000 for the Geary Community Hospital Radiology Department for PACS (Picture Archiving Communication System) software upgrade and $30,000 for the Geary Community Hospital Laboratory for a Blood Analyzer.

The following equipment was awarded by the Employee Advisory Committee in early 2017:

 

Stephanie Stremming - CO2 Sensor  

 

Jody Hittle - 5mm 30 degree Laparascope  

 

Alicia Sorensen - Three carts for vital monitors and necessary additional equipment  

 

Melissa Wells - Two procedure lights  

 

Howard Whittaker:

  1. Negative pressure isolation equipment for Women’s Center, and
  2. Cameras for Women’s Center
